Jaden’s Nether Expansion adds various quality of life changes and tweaks to make your experience with the nether more polished and enjoyable

• Glowstone can now be mined faster with a pickaxe
• Mob Heads can be mined faster with a pickaxe
• Saddles can be retrieved from Striders by sneak-right clicking
• Hoglins now drop Hogham which gives more hunger points opposed to porkchops when eaten raw but has a chance to inflict weakness. it becomes identical to cooked porkchop when cooked though
• Blazes get dimmer based on their health like in dungeons
• Soul Swirls have been added to make early-game traversal of the Soul Sand Valley easier
• Soul Speed Chainmail Boots can be found in Suspicious Soul Sand
• You can easily double the amount of netherrack you have for bridging by crafting with gravel to make Smooth Netherrack
• Netherrack has been made renewable by smelting smooth netherrack in a furnace
• Sporeshrooms and Geysers now spawn in all biomes and serve the purpose of helping vertical travel as well as being particle emitters of their respective biomes
• Nether Fog distance has drastically been increased to make it easier to see further away, this feature can be configured
• Magma Cube Textures are now pixel consistent using the FaithFul 32x and 64x textures, this feature can be configured
• Improved Soul Fire particles to be rising souls instead of smoke
• Roots can now be planted on Wart Blocks
• Wart Blocks can be made spotted with their respective glowspores
• Bone Blocks can be tied up with leather
• Brown Dye can be obtained in the nether with Fossil Fuel
• Ghast, Blaze and Dragon fireballs now leave fire trails behind them
